Etegrity Services LLC is a U.S. based, tech driven Talent Sourcing company, and we help clients, find better-qualified, motivated, technology professionals, faster and more efficiently, effectively and ethically.
Since inception 15+ years ago, Etegrity realized the need to treat both clients and candidates alike – both are customers, which is why, many of our clients today, were previously candidates. Etegrity collaborates closely with clients, to better understand their hardest-to-fill talent needs, beyond just job descriptions. We simultaneously help identify, nurture and persuade those ideal, passive candidates, to explore exciting new career opportunities. All this is done by leveraging our data mining and data analytical skills, our technology expertise and combining these with old school grit, tenacity and work ethic.
Growth has led us to open a subsidiary, “Etegrity Services Private Ltd”. in India, and we are now looking to expand our Indian team.
