Growth has led us to open a subsidiary, “Etegrity Services Private Ltd”. in India, and we are now looking to expand our Indian team.

At Etegrity, we are well aware of the difference our services have made to our clients, but we don’t plan to rest until everybody knows. We are therefore seeking passionate business development professionals, to extend our reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships in India. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and build a multi-crore rupee business that help make both client and candidates happy. Highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve the company vision.
As one of the early members of our Indian team, you will work closely with the CEO in shaping strategy, driving business development, ensuring outstanding service delivery, and growing & managing the P&L. You are an expert at understanding a client’s real needs, and at providing quality, cost effective solutions across the Talent Acquisition and Sourcing spectrum. Strong relationship management, be it with the client or candidate, is second nature to you, as is integrity and a drive for excellence.
What You will do:
Develop a client base by acquiring New Customer Accounts, increase Share of Customer Talent Acquisition spend, and ensure consistent flow of Revenue, from these Accounts, through consultative, strategic conversations and proactive networking and prospecting
Build a short, medium and long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, evaluate deal strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
Develop and implement outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
Partner with the research team in the design and execution of creative, talent acquisition and sourcing solutions for these new clients and help deliver service levels, that match or exceed SLA’s and KPIs, and delight clients
Interact with HR Heads and help them plan and manage their talent pipelining and sourcing needs, through quarterly and annual reviews
Advise clients on market trends and gaps in talent availability, best practices, and improvement opportunities
Define, communicate, and manage key metrics like cost per hire, time to hire, quality of hire, and cost of vacancy to all key stakeholders
Monitor and maintain knowledge and awareness of industry trends, new markets, evolving customer needs, competitor service platforms/offerings and communicate details to Executives and Stakeholders
Manage your P&L, and exceed quarterly revenue targets, in a fast-paced environment
Provide timely updates and reports to Clients, Stakeholders and Executives.
What You will need:
At least 10 years of proven success, in B2B sales, as a Sales or Business Development Manager, ideally in the Indian Staffing and Recruiting Industry or the Talent Sourcing space, with strong results orientation
Self-starter, hunter mindset, with willingness to work independently and remotely (temporarily due to Covid-19), with minimal supervision, knowing that trust and integrity is fundamental to the company culture.
Deep understanding of recruitment metrics, reporting standards, SLAs, etc, as these relate to the talent sourcing and recruitment business
Exceptional stakeholder management experience, preferably also with those working globally.
High volume recruitment/sourcing experience, preferably in the IT, Banking and Financial Services, Consulting or Medical industries
Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to “juggle” priorities effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environment., where change is the only constant, and flexibility is the key to success
Critical Thinking and Data Analytical Ability to derive insights and develop sound recommendations and solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills that facilitate clear, concise and persuasive communications, with clients, internal teams, stakeholders and in large group settings
Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
