Our Story

Etegrity Services was founded in 2005 by Jude D'Souza, a former technology executive.

Etegrity Services LLC is a data driven, talent sourcing company which builds talent pipelines, across the globe and across industries, sectors, disciplines and verticals. Jude D'Souza, the Founder and CEO of the company, has over 40 years of industry experience. He has helped source and hire thousands of people, many of who, are now senior industry leaders.

With our global Headquarters in Austin, Texas, USA, Etegrity Services LLC have recently opened a subsidiary, Etegrity Services Private Ltd. in India, to help its American and Indian clients (be it companies or candidates), fill or find exciting new career opportunities, mostly in the technology industry.
