Growth has led us to open a subsidiary, “Etegrity Services Private Ltd”. in India, and we are now looking to hire a few talented, ambitious HR graduates in India, to join and support our Talent Sourcing team.
What’s the Opportunity:
As an intern, you will work closely with Talent Acquisition/Sourcing professionals, and learn how to identify, attract, and engage with potential candidates for our clients. You will learn how to source resumes, screen candidates, build pipelines of diverse talent, work with Applicant Tracking systems, create, post and update Job Vacancies on relevant portals and platforms and develop an understanding of talent market intelligence and how it applies to the broader organization. What You will do:
Update our internal databases with new client and candidate information, including contact details, hiring manager details, assessment/interview records, background checks results, competency mapping, via our Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Screen resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with clients and candidates
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Assist TA Sourcing team, in improving key metrics like cost per hire, time to hire, quality of hire, and cost of vacancy
Prepare TA-related reports (such as numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired)
Address routine client and candidate queries about application/requisition status, skills test results, interview results
Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
Participate in organizing company events, job fairs, and careers days
Research and report on competitive insights and market shifts, to help clients/hiring managers better understand their talent markets and take advantage of hiring opportunities.
Attend and actively participate in networking and recruiting events, hack-a-thons, meetups, etc. to obtain referrals and recommendations.
What You will need:
Basic understanding of recruiting, and good organizational skills
Graduate in Human Resources Management or similar field
Detail oriented, self-starter, intellectually curious, with ability to work independently and remotely (temporarily due to Covid), and focused on relationship building and results
Tech savvy with knowledge on how and where to post job vacancies/positions on career websites and external recruitment portals/platforms
Interest in learning about HR data and analytics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
Energy, confidence, discretion, passion, tact, entrepreneurial spirit, and interpersonal sensitivity
