Since inception 15+ years ago, Etegrity realized the need to treat both clients and candidates alike – both are customers, which is why, many of our clients today, were previously candidates. Growth has led us to open a subsidiary, “Etegrity Services Private Ltd”. in India, and we are now looking to expand our Indian team. What’s the Opportunity: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with Corporate leaders and provide insight and guidance on HR issues. The HRBP will help determine people priorities and solutions, that align with client goals, and provide both hands-on and strategic advice in areas such as talent acquisition and management, diversity and inclusion, rewards and recognition, and organizational effectiveness. The HRBP will also act as a change agent and be responsible for leading, implementing and delivering strategic Talent Sourcing, Acquisition, Development and Retention initiatives. You are an expert at getting the best out of people, and at providing quality, cost effective solutions across the HR spectrum. Strong relationship management, be it with the executive or the employee, is second nature to you, as is integrity and a drive for excellence. What you will do: Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to those listed below: Build credibility with clients by providing insight and guidance on HR or broader business issues, when needed Partner with client HR leaders on organization design and development, talent attraction, acquisition and sourcing, leadership coaching, team dynamics and team building, productivity increases and retention, all with the goal of supporting change and growth Work with hiring managers and the recruitment team on senior vacancies, to ensure top talent is hired and candidates have a high-quality experience/journey Partner with line leaders, hiring managers and other HRBP teams to grow talent and technical capability pipelines, for the business Identify and analyze HR trends, data and metrics, in partnership with client HR groups, to identify potential issues and develop appropriate solutions, policies and programs Provide guidance and input on HR policy, organization and business unit restructuring, integration of newly acquired units, workforce planning, succession planning and disciplinary actions, in keeping with evolving business needs Proactively assess training needs for client business units and individual executive coaching needs, make recommendations and implement appropriate solutions Participate in evaluation and monitoring of client training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met Create solutions to people issues which enable stakeholders to better meet their commercial objectives Provide rigorous HR data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs Build and maintain professional external network to stay abreast of changes and trends in all aspects of HR, all with the objective of translating external business trends into internal organization actions What You will need: At least 7+ years of proven success, in a similar role, either with a consulting company or in a corporate setting, preferably in the Technology sector Passion for engagement and an analytical mindset to evaluate what is already in place in areas such as talent acquisition, talent development, career paths, rewards and recognition for starters. Knowledge and skills to then identify gaps and areas for improvement and to lead and champion the very best working experience for all our client’s employees, through the introduction of new initiatives Evidence of having added value in an HR Business Partner role, within a fast-paced organization, preferably within the tech environment In-depth knowledge of key HR functions including organization design, change management, workforce planning, recruiting, talent sourcing and diversity, performance management, employee development, compensation, succession planning and labor regulatory requirements and relations Demonstratable empathy & experience of using data & metrics to identify insights that drive action Ability to collaborate with virtual teams and face to face, and to provide excellent internal customer service Experience helping and supporting global and/or matrixed organizations scale Strong emotional intelligence with a warm inner confidence, coupled with buckets of positive energy and enthusiasm to go the extra mile High level of communication, organizational and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to gain buy-in and drive new projects/initiatives to completion, within agreed timelines Effective ability to collaborate and influence a high intellect, creative, matrixed tech environment Experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred Detail oriented, self-starter, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently and remotely. You are an expert at getting the best out of candidates, and at providing quality, cost effective solutions across the Talent Acquisition and Sourcing spectrum. Strong relationship management, be it with the client or the candidate, is second nature to you, as is integrity and a drive for excellence. What You will do: Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, TA Partners, to establish and understand staffing needs, job requirements, and selection criteria. Proactively design and develop targeted talent sourcing programs, using a variety of job boards, social media platforms, job fairs, meetups, recruiting events, professional networks, referrals, review of past applicants from ATSs (Applicant Tracking Systems), to attract and build talent pipelines/pools in line with client requisitions and job order specifications. Build, own and nurture both client and candidate relationships, staying connected and engaged, right until the point of hire, all with the goal of providing a great customer experience. Research and report on competitive insights and market shifts, to help clients/hiring managers better understand their talent markets and take advantage of hiring opportunities. Recommend and initiate improvements with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewing teams, to effectively screen and assess talent. Attend and actively participate in networking and recruiting events, hack-a-thons, meetups, etc. to obtain referrals and recommendations. Measure and report key conversion metrics, such as numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired, with a view to improve rates. Drive towards consistently helping clients improve key metrics like cost per hire, time to hire, quality of hire, and cost of vacancy. Maintain candidate database via our Applicant Tracking System, update stakeholders on sourcing progress, with reports and presentations. Keep abreast of new creative sourcing techniques, and work closely with HR and the Business team, to ensure continuous innovation and service level deliveries, that match or exceeds SLA’s and KPIs’ and delight clients. What You will need: At least 6-7 years of proven success, in a high-volume talent-acquisition/sourcing role, either with an agency or a corporate setting, preferable in the IT, Banking and Financial Services, Consulting or Medical Industries. Detail oriented, self-starter, with ability to work independently and remotely (temporarily due to Covid), and focused on relationship building and results. Excellent communication and influencing skills, coupled with the ability to drive execution of functional priorities. Tech savvy with knowledge on how and where to post positions on external recruitment platforms/portals. What’s the Opportunity: As an intern, you will work closely with Talent Acquisition/Sourcing professionals, and learn how to identify, attract, and engage with potential candidates for our clients. You will learn how to source resumes, screen candidates, build pipelines of diverse talent, work with Applicant Tracking systems, create, post and update Job Vacancies on relevant portals and platforms and develop an understanding of talent market intelligence and how it applies to the broader organization.
