Since inception 15+ years ago, Etegrity realized the need to treat both clients and candidates alike – both are customers, which is why, many of our clients today, were previously candidates. Etegrity collaborates closely with clients, to better understand their hardest-to-fill talent needs, beyond just job descriptions. Growth has led us to open a subsidiary, “Etegrity Services Private Ltd”. in India, and we are now looking to expand our Indian team.
What’s the Opportunity:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with Corporate leaders and provide insight and guidance on HR issues. The HRBP will help determine people priorities and solutions, that align with client goals, and provide both hands-on and strategic advice in areas such as talent acquisition and management, diversity and inclusion, rewards and recognition, and organizational effectiveness. The HRBP will also act as a change agent and be responsible for leading, implementing and delivering strategic Talent Sourcing, Acquisition, Development and Retention initiatives. You are an expert at getting the best out of people, and at providing quality, cost effective solutions across the HR spectrum. Strong relationship management, be it with the executive or the employee, is second nature to you, as is integrity and a drive for excellence.
What you will do:
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to those listed below:
Build credibility with clients by providing insight and guidance on HR or broader business issues, when needed
Partner with client HR leaders on organization design and development, talent attraction, acquisition and sourcing, leadership coaching, team dynamics and team building, productivity increases and retention, all with the goal of supporting change and growth
Work with hiring managers and the recruitment team on senior vacancies, to ensure top talent is hired and candidates have a high-quality experience/journey
Partner with line leaders, hiring managers and other HRBP teams to grow talent and technical capability pipelines, for the business
Identify and analyze HR trends, data and metrics, in partnership with client HR groups, to identify potential issues and develop appropriate solutions, policies and programs
Provide guidance and input on HR policy, organization and business unit restructuring, integration of newly acquired units, workforce planning, succession planning and disciplinary actions, in keeping with evolving business needs
Proactively assess training needs for client business units and individual executive coaching needs, make recommendations and implement appropriate solutions
Participate in evaluation and monitoring of client training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met
Create solutions to people issues which enable stakeholders to better meet their commercial objectives
Provide rigorous HR data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
Build and maintain professional external network to stay abreast of changes and trends in all aspects of HR, all with the objective of translating external business trends into internal organization actions
What You will need:
At least 7+ years of proven success, in a similar role, either with a consulting company or in a corporate setting, preferably in the Technology sector
Passion for engagement and an analytical mindset to evaluate what is already in place in areas such as talent acquisition, talent development, career paths, rewards and recognition for starters. Knowledge and skills to then identify gaps and areas for improvement and to lead and champion the very best working experience for all our client’s employees, through the introduction of new initiatives
Evidence of having added value in an role, within a fast-paced organization, preferably within the tech environment
In-depth knowledge of key HR functions including organization design, change management, workforce planning, recruiting, talent sourcing and diversity, performance management, employee development, compensation, succession planning and labor regulatory requirements and relations
Demonstratable empathy & experience of using data & metrics to identify insights that drive action
Ability to collaborate with virtual teams and face to face, and to provide excellent internal customer service
Experience helping and supporting global and/or matrixed organizations scale
Strong emotional intelligence with a warm inner confidence, coupled with buckets of positive energy and enthusiasm to go the extra mile
High level of communication, organizational and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to gain buy-in and drive new projects/initiatives to completion, within agreed timelines
Effective ability to collaborate and influence a high intellect, creative, matrixed tech environment
Experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment
Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred
Detail oriented, self-starter, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently and remotely.
